What the heck? Why is this even being considered? We gonna start paying for criminals who want breat implants, hair transplants, etc too? I cant’ believe this is even gone as far as court. If a killer is suicidal because they want a sex change let them kill themself. How about killers who are suicidal because they don’t want to be in jail, should we release them then?
I think they should take a small pair of scissors and snip off their short peter, that would be free.

It’s already being done for city officials in Berkeley, CA. I saw something about it on FOX. They think it’ll bring in more talented city officials, as if all great city officials are seeking a sex change!! Yet they turned down a proposal to use that same money to pay for experimental cancer treatments that could possibly save thousands of lives!

it’s outrages, the bad part though, is they have spent a whole lot more researching it than it would cost to do it. I say criminals are criminals and they need to work for everything they get and they need to do every minute of the time they were sentenced to, including that little bimbo Paris Hilton. they get nothing special, especially in this regard.

Paying for those operations is not as bad as paying for abortions. Instead of doing that the pregnant mother should sign away all rights to the baby and have it. I’d rather see children up for adoption than trash marked bio waste.

It’s just like paying for medical expenses on inmates on death row… Tax dollars paid for one inmate who was on Death Row to have a heart transplant… How stupid is that? Waste our money and give a heart to a person who is going to die anyways instead of giving it to a innocent person who’s been waiting and is more deserving.

And then you have to ask the question…. If they are going to change the Man into a Woman, Will they transfer him or now her to the womans prison? How does that work?
