I think theres a very small percentage of women who really do it just for themselves, and nobydy else. With breast implants, though, i think it has everything to do with how men, and even other women will percieve us. it’s all about image. Honestly, by all accounts, big boobs are a pain in the butt. Implants aren’t functional for breastfeeding, they’re hard to fit, clothes-wise, etc etc.

I’m small chested, and while I definitely wish I had more curves (And to be honest, that’s all for guys, lol. it has nothing to do with me. Generally, I like my body, but I have worried that a guy would look at me and think I’m too skinny) I’d never resort of plastic surgery. it just seems so superficial.

But to asnwer your question, I think an overwhelming majority of women getitng plastic surgery are doing it to make themselves more appealing to men. Even if you;re happily married, you still want to feel like you;re attracitve to the opposite sex.. like you aren’t stuck with that person just because nobody else will have you lol.

Women like to look hot, it does not mean that she is unsecure. All it means they like to look in mirror and to like what they see. i dont have boob job, but i change my hairstyles a lot because i wanna be hot for all guys.
