I have noticed my hair is growing back really thin. It is really noticable and it really lowers my self confidence which isn’t good when your a model. I tried taking vitamins and reduced the amount of heat i use on my hair. Although i dont think it would have had that much of effect on my hair. I know medically it could be an underactive throid as i have many of the other sympoms but realy hate the though of having that as it gets worse in time :( also stress!! I have high levels of progestrion from my contraceptive implant aswell! any advice??

Has anyone tried Therapro Hairgain from Medicuticals?
I am about 28 and I have noticed a little hair loss around the front of my scalp. I am wanting to slow down or stop or even reverse the hair loss. I bought Therapro Hairgain from Medicuticals from a place that does Hair Replacement Therapy. I decided to go with the supplement option because I did not want to hand over 00 right now.

Anyway I bought this stuff and have been taking it for a couple of months and I have not really noticed a whole lot, but then again I see myself everyday so it would be hard for me to tell. Has anyone else tried this stuff and DOES IT WORK?

Thanks.

Previously I was abit worried about hair loss, but I’m gonna take these multivitamins to help. I took them all last year, and had strong healthy hair, but I became worried that these vitamins AS WELL AS my heatlhy diet would be an overload, so i stopped taking them.

Are these multivitamins ONLY for people without a healthy diet?? Cos the tub says "THIS IS NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR A HEALTHY DIET".

For almost a year I’ve been struggling with Alopecia Areata and S.D.
For six months I managed to slow the hair loss, then I got tired of doing
that because I didn’t want to keep constantly shampooing my scalp
with Ketaconazole for the rest of my life. A few days ago I was searching more on possibly stoping Alopecia and I found out that Biotin, Provillus, Saw Palmetto, and a few others Vitamins that successfully stopped
Alopecia. The first three seemed to stand out more than the rest the more and more I searched and that excited me.

So I was wondering if anyone here is suffering or suffered from it and tried any of those three, combined them with other things had any success and got their hair back or is currently using it for a a few months and have seen alot of new hair regrowth and it hasn’t fallen out PLEASE share because i’d really like to win this battle……and not be afraid of my favorite combs and brushes anymore. :)

It is vital that a person is aware about what makes up very good food health nutritional intake. The federal drug administration produces a encouraged every day allocation for the majority vitamin supplements that it regards as a good food health nutritional intake. These kinds of statistics fluctuate based on one’s age, sex plus some additional factors in order that the good food health nutritional intake for any youthful woman is going to be different to that relating to a man in his 70s.

The foods health nutritional intake levels of particular foods are usually contained in the nutritionary labelling. This labelling is important for any individual to take into account and helps ensure that they are acquiring the best food health nutritional intake in the food items they consume. The health facts are often represented as being a portion of the encouraged every day allocation of each nutritional and could help measure the value of the foodstuffs in the hunt for great food health nutritional intake.

In addition there are a number of items which someone may wish to minimize inside their diet plan as part of their own good food health nutritional intake. The majority of people actually talk about nutrition when they use the word nutritional and foods producers are aware that a person is considering minerals and other things when they are taking into consideration their own good food health nutritional intake. Dietary fiber is the one other component that numerous people are much more aware about as forming an essential part of a well-balanced diet and is required for good food health nutritional intake.

If a person is on a limited diet for virtually any cause then they must spend much more attention to their own good food health nutritional intake. Obviously, a number of food items include different vitamins and minerals to others and this is applicable to vitamin supplements as well and it might be harder for the man or woman to accomplish their own good food health nutritional intake when they are unable to consume particular foods. Many negative consequences occur as a result of sexual exhaustion such as hair loss and bad vision. Although the body can naturally restore diminishing vitamins, nutrients and minerals because of sexual abstinence. In some cases, there is much difficulty in the restoration of vital ingredients within the endocrine system because of uncontrollable nocturnal emissions or frequent sexual intercourse. How can one have sexual interactions excessively and still be able to reverse negative consequences?

Direct Answers to the Question Only Please…

I have been taking Rogaine for the last 6 years but it seems to have stop working for me. I am currently trying all the Nioxin products from the vitamins to the follicule booster. I having been really depressed the past few months because my hair loss and I need some feedback on others who have expierenced the same thing. I have been told from a hair restoration specialist that the best option for me is to start taking Propecia (which I’m afraid of the side effects), and start a laser treatment twice a week for 6 months. What other alternatives should I try?

I take levothyroxine, 50mcg, once a day. I have taken it since 2009 (around August) and the hair loss started about 3 months ago (around June or July). It is coming out rapidly, filling up my brush almost daily and it just keeps coming. My thyroid levels are good. I also have Hashimoto’s but my antibody levels are doing okay.

I thought it might be a side effect of the drug, but everything says that would have started around when I started taking the drug and would be temporary. I now have an almost bald spot above my temple, and who knows where else there might be more.

I have tried to take good care of my hair, I take vitamins, I use good conditioner, I only use a wide tooth comb to brush it almost all of the time, I rarely straighten it, I only dye it about 2x a year max if at all, I don’t over wash it, I don’t use hair ties often and when I do I don’t pull my hair tight or use ones with metal pieces. My stylist told me everything I needed to do to help it be healthy and grow longer (preventing breakage) and I have been doing that for over 2 years. My hair was very healthy, and now, even though it still seems healthy, it is falling out at a frightening pace.

I am 24 years old, female, and under no more stress than I have been my whole life. I have no insurance and can’t see a doctor about it at the moment (money is tight, but has been for years, so nothing new for stress there). I don’t have kids.

The only major change in my life is I started on a slightly higher dose birth control (I was on the lowest does available and having breakthrough bleeding, but I’m still on a low dose pill) about 3 months ago. This is the only correlating event and I was told this couldn’t be the cause.

I have no idea why all of a sudden I started losing my hair. Any help? And please don’t just suggest I see a doctor, I can’t afford it. I need some kind of direction. Thanks.

I know it it normal to shed but I have been loosing chunks of hair in the shower and when I brush. Is there any vitamins that can help me with this??

I’ve recently lost 30 pounds in a matter of 3 months. People tell me that may be why I’m loosing more hair than normal when brushing my hair. Is there any vitamins or hair treatments that might strengthen my hair so I don’t loose so much.

Hair loss?

I have been losing my hair for almost 3 years now. I’m only 23 years old and there is no history of women in my family losing their hair. I have been to several doctors including a dermatologist and an endocronologist, for my scalp and possible thyroid issues. However all my tests came back negative. I have been told that it may be cause by stress, but I’m not stressed. I did suffer from depression at the start of the hair loss, but that is no longer the case. I don’t take any medication with the exception of tylenol every once in a while for a headache and vitamins. But my hair continues to fall out drastically. I have to clean my drain out everyday because of it and I am constantly looking for some sort of shampoo or conditioner to help. Can anyone help me?

I just wondering if lack of vitamins and lack of drinking milk does it effect hair loss? I’m 20 now and since I was little I don’t really drink milk. But I eat others nurtientions food for the vitamins. Does it effect hair loss? I have very very thin hair and everytime I wash my hair seems like I’m losing a lot? What is the best way to stay helathy hair?

can i stop my receding hair line and thinning crown by eating a healthy diet rich in vitamins that are goood for your hair like vitamin b, vitamin e, biotin and zinc?

also has anyone heard of red wine benefiting your hair if you drink a glass at night?

thanx

What can you do when you are having an issue about hair loss? Any treatments, shampoos, vitamins, etc.

i’m not balding either or anything like that… its just i lose a lot in the shower, and when i brush my hair. But this has always happend to me even when i was little.

Some one told me to try some vitamins, and that it might be from not eatign properly so should i get a muti-vitamin and a hair and nail vitamin or just one?

I have noticed that lately (within the last year or so) that I have been loosing more hair than I should. I know that sometimes it means that I have a lack of vitamins….does anyone know what vitamin that would be?

Gels, lotions, vitamins that would help with male hair loss

I’m a 24 years old female. I’m loosing a lot of my hair, i don’t know if it’s due to stress, lack of vitamins or something else. It’s not really serious but I just don’t want to keep loosing it. I don’t have a lot of hair to loose anyway :-) What’s a best hair loss treatment/shampoo for hair loss? Something that’s really affective…
