can i stop my receding hair line and thinning crown by eating a healthy diet rich in vitamins that are goood for your hair like vitamin b, vitamin e, biotin and zinc?

I hear athletes foot causes premature hair loss because of the fungi…and it stays in you system. Is this true? I had athletes foot in 6th grade and thats when I started to bald. now I’m now in 12th grade and I’m almost completely bald.My moms, brothers only have a receding hair line that isn’t really bad. and one of them has a full set of hair. but im talking about guys in there 40’s and 50’s….im only 18.

WTF…I just read consuming too much Vitamin A can cause hair loss. All those foods I just mentioned could be the reason I have a friggin receding hair line??????
I didn’t mention it, but I love spinach and broccoli, and I ate a lot of carrots over the years thinking it was improving my vision.

What I mean is will a higher level of testosterone in men make one more likely to have a receding hair line or other hair loss associated with age?
