The Reverse Curl: Women who have just given birth will have to work hard to get their abdominal muscles back to normal and reverse curls can really help with this. In this exercise you need to lie down on the floor, look up at the ceiling and keep your knees bent. Keep your feet on the floor near your hips, keep your arms flat and your neck relaxed and then breathe in and back out as you suck in your abs and lift your hips off of the floor. Lower your hips to the floor and then repeat the exercise. Try to do twenty repetitions. If you can’t, keep doing it until you can do 20. Then work toward fifty reps.

This exercise is great for your abs and will help you lose the pouch as well as helping you walk straight and with more confidence. Arm Flutters: This is an awesome exercise that you can do right next to your baby’s crib. Simply lie down flat on your back while your legs are straight in the air. Pick your torso up off of the ground a little bit and lift your arms while making sure they stay straight. Lower yourself to the floor and repeat 20-50 times. This helps strengthen your core and burns more calories. Doing this exercise three times each week will make the pounds drop off like magic!

Lunges: Lunges work the major muscle groups in your legs, which means they are going to be great calorie burners. Not only will lunges help you lose weight, they will build your leg muscles which means that you’ll even be burning your calories while you rest. A proper lunge involves drawing your abs in while you stand (with your feet hip-width apart and put your hands on your hips). Move your left foot forward until your knee bends at a 90 degree angle. With your right leg still straight, lower your body until that knee almost touches the floor. Stand up slowly and then switch legs and repeat the action. If you do this five times on both legs, you’ll have done a great workout.

There you have it. These are a few of the best ways to lose weight so that you can get back to your pre-baby size. Try these three tips and you’re sure to fit into your old clothes in just a short period of time.

Some styles of dancing are great ways to lose weight, Latin is only an example of one with two effects that can help. Dancing in this manner helps you burn calories, feel more sexy and shed those pounds quickly. Online videos and workout dvd’s are a great way to learn a few dance moves even if you aren’t perfect at them. Dancing is a great way to get a workout without feeling like you are working out. That means you’re likely to stick with Latin style dancing longer than any other fitness routine, and that’s when you’ll notice the weight coming off fast. Another exercise proven effective is forearm plank with breathing, for this you get on all fours with your wrists directly under your shoulders. Your next step in this process is to lower yourself until your forearm rests on the floor below you. Now that your forearms are on the floor straighten your legs so that the body will make a straight line. Take a deep breath and slowly let it out as you squeeze your abs and hold the position. Next do a few pushups. Repeat this three times and you’ll be well on your way to your pre-pregnancy weight. This will also strengthen your core, which will help your posture, and you’ll look much better, too.

The third exercise you should try is the classic crunch. To do a crunch you simply lie on the ground with hand behind your head and knees bent. Inhale through your nose and then exhale as you draw your abs in while lifting your head and shoulders off the floor. Relax your behind while bringing your hips and ribs toward one another. Slowly lower to your initial starting position. Do as many of these as you can, working towards 20, then 50. When you can do fifty, you may want to add a small weight to make it a little challenging, but be careful that you don’t hurt yourself.

These exercises can easily be done while your baby is napping. Even if you have to break your workout up into a few exercises throughout the day instead of all at once, that’s still better than not doing any exercise at all. It isn’t hard to lose baby weight if that is what you want to do. Luckily you can use each of these three tips to help you reach that goal.

Hi. My husband was prescribed Propecia by a "Doctor" at Bosley (hair restoration company). We are afraid it will effect our pregnancy planning this year. Anyone know anything? Thanks so much and Merrry Christmas!

Okay, I KNOW that its important for optimum hair health for it to be healthy from inside/root by good nutrition and maybe vitamins AND the length by propper trims, conditioning, an maybe hot oils at all times. What I really want to know is simple: if someone suddenly experienced major hair loss because of stress or a pregnancy (both which are known to cause hair loss) or whatever other reason, would suddenly cutting their length off or deep conditioning it/maintaning it form the outside make any difference since the cause was something so sudden that generally I would imagine it might not matter? My opinion is that if the hair was going to fall off because of major events as I mentioned, it won’t matter if your hair on the outside (which is already dead) is long or short, has split ends or is soft as butter. Does this make sense? I’m only referring to outside treatment not nutrition or vitamin etc.
