Previously I was abit worried about hair loss, but I’m gonna take these multivitamins to help. I took them all last year, and had strong healthy hair, but I became worried that these vitamins AS WELL AS my heatlhy diet would be an overload, so i stopped taking them.

Are these multivitamins ONLY for people without a healthy diet?? Cos the tub says "THIS IS NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR A HEALTHY DIET".

I had gotten my hair stripped (bleached) because it was accidentally colored pitch black. Now it is a orangey brown. But anyway, I use a flat Iron almost everyday, and usually my hair is thick, healthy, shiny, and flows in the wind. But now, my hair is frail, dry, it doesn’t move, and it breaks off when I brush it. I’ve heard olive oil works, and I also use Pantene Age Restoration shampoo, but does anyone have some real GOOD remedies? I need help. I miss my healthy hair :(

My little sister is having some trouble with hair loss and my mom and I are starting to get worried. She’s been losing hair where her bangs are and it seems like it thinning. She has dandruff but she uses shampoo for it, and from what I hear she says it helps the itch and it’s not noticeable that she has dandruff. She used a full set of healthy hair and now it seems as if all that is thinning. Does anyone know of any vitamins for hair loss that would be appropriate for her age and he scalp condition.

I’ve always had a lot of healthy hair on my head.
Recently I’ve been loosing hair like crazy – within last 2 months I’ve lost about 25% of my hair. I’m a 33 year old female in good physical condition.
What can be causing it?
Thank you for the answers. I will go see my doctor.
