hey guys! so i use to have the thickest eyebrows and use to pluck them when i was in highschool and uni… now theyr very thin and the rest of the hairs havent grown out in years.. anyway i have them tatoo’d and they look good but i still want them thicker.. and i realized i dont wanna keep tattooing them forever.
has anyone here ever had an eyebrow transplant/restoration??? or know anyone that has?? i’m really considering doing it but there’s not much information out there and i’d love to hear from someone.. OR do you have any other suggestions, that have actually worked??

I have an electric razor and I recently lost the small brush that came with it to remove the hairs from the foil head. I looked on product’s website and saw that a replacement is , and I think this is definetely a ridiculous price for a small brush. Anyway, does anybody recommend a store where I could probably find an appropriate replacement? I checked at Target, but I don’t think they have it at stores like that. Any tips help thanks
I have had a hysterectomy and take replacement hormones at a level that I don’t have hot flashes. I’ve always had hair problems but it is much worse since age 35.
I have a patch of dark, course hair that grows below my chin. 30-40 hairs I have to pluck every day, I’m about to resort to shaving them. I sand my arms to make the hair less thick and course. I shave my armpits every morning and they are grown out by evening, not to mention my leg hair that is really gross, plus hair in odd places.

Ok im 18 and i noticed it was receding like 1 -2 years ago and it is really frustrating. I think im at an age where i should be worrying about other things and not my stupid hair. I use rogaine but i dont think it works (much). And the men on my moms side are not bald my dad on the other hand is, but funny thing is we have the same hair line, but he is 40 years older than me. I hate it!

My ovaries were removed in August and my doc prescribed EstraTest, which contains a bit of testosterone (he said it is natural for a 30yr old to have some). In a few weeks I started sprouting hairs on my chin so I asked for something without male hormone. I have been taking straight estrogen since and have been gaining weight like CRAZY! Could it be the hormones, or am I just pulling the wool over my own eyes?
I went to see a hair restoration doc one time who used a densitometer to measure the density of my hairs and assured me that I exhibited very early signs of hair thinning and some loss. He put me on propecia but the question is…the derm/trichologist/physians that I have seen have never heard of densitometry, one derm knew but he told me that it is only an art and is not to be completely trusted. He assured me that we all lose hair density as we grow older and just because we lose some hair density and some miniaturization but it does not mean we should take propecia especially since he thought my hair density was normal and I had a full head of thick hair still. He felt I should take it when I exhibit observable loss. It seems these derms don’t really buy into the art of hair densitometry. Have you ever heard of this densitometer/densitometry? Would you trust it or should I just follow the derm’s advice. I’m 26 and I still have a full head of hair just a little thin on the sides
btw…both my grandfathers (mom/dad’s side) had hair…my father thinned and had hair loss starting at age 46, his little brother went bald before his 20’s.

I am an 18 yr old guy whos jus decided to grown my hair long and i’ve been growing it for six months now and my hairs about 8-9 cms long. The problem is that my hair is really unmanageable and i have tried anti frizz serums, conditioners, shampoos, oil replacements, gels, etc to try and keep it in place for at least 2 hours. All this work lasts for only 2 hours. I have tried straightening my hair chemically but it was not much of a plus point as my side hairs start to curl up makin m look silly. Aside from a small recession in the front, I still have a full head of hair, however, this doctor used some microscope to check my scalp and it showed some of the hairs were miniaturizing. He prescribed some drug called finasturide 5mg and said it was probably genetic loss since I told him it ran in my dad’s family. I look in the mirror and I still have a full head of hair, so I don’t think I buy into what this doctor says. My dermatologist says as we age, we all miniaturize, it is just part of getting older and if I don’t show any visible signs I should be ok. I don’t think I’m going to take this medication for life per that hair surgeon’s advice just because I have a full of head of hair right now. What do you think?

Ok, so for the past few year or so , I seem to have lost a lots of hairs, and my hair have become really weak and rough. I get tiny pimples around the forehead and around the scalp. I don’t know how i got dandruff or when? and now its looks like dandruff is becoming the reason for my baldness around on both sides of my hair. My hair even gets oily just in 2 days, even though i don’t use any chemical spray or mousse. my hair are straight and i don’t even apply any sort of chemical, neither have i dyed them. I did try to use head and shoulders dandruff for sometime but that didn’t work out to well.
I really need help before there’s no hair left on my scalp.

I m a man in his mid-20s, with thick hair. I have lately observed in my shower that i have a lot of hair fall off, when i shampoo. I have counted this, and this is atleast 30 stands of hair. At other times, when I play with my hair, unconciously, i seem to pull another 10 strands of hairs or more. This has never happened to me, so far. I m used to having stronger hair. I m worried that i m going to go bald, like my friends in their mid-20s. Btw, I m on depakote 250 mg, which is a very low dose, compared to 1250 mgs that is normally prescribed. What complicates the issue is that i have a maternal grandfather, which is bald. However, both my parents, including my mom, have heathy hair. For more information, my mom’s sister also has heathy hair. Is this something to worry about? Should i cut my hair short? Will it solve the problem? Or should I try a good shampoo?
now somebody suggested if i become bald and i use 3-4 times blade on the head and start massage of oil to scalp i ll have new strong hairs and hair loss problem can be resolved what to do kindly suggest………
