this is not acceptable because I am a girl. It is a spot about the size of a dime, but is clearly not populated with hair follicles anymore. Has anyone every found a cause for this that could be treated by something other than hair replacement surgery?
I was born with very fine, thin hair unfortunately. Now that I’m older it really bothers me.Since I never had thick hair does this mean I was born without hair follicles? I have bald spots and I am very self conscious about my hair. In the near future once i’m out of college I am looking into hair implants or other solutions…can anyone give me any tips or advice on what to do? I have tried many products and different syling techniques and nothing seems to work, i want permanent solutions!
I’m talking about the head full of hair where the follicles have died and their is no hair follicle. Can a hair follicle grow back when it has died. Also will buying the vitamin Biotin help grow back hair follicles that no longer exists.
ok anyone hear of future hair restoration products or anything relating to that and does the rate of hair growth slow down for parts where you got the transplant surgery, also where do they take the hair follicles from?
During hair restoration surgery, I understand that they take hair follicles from the sides and back of the head and put it where you are balding. So does that mean that the sides and back of your head are now partially bald?
