My doctor…in Augusta, Georgia wrote an article about the benefits of testosterone and estrogen. I have no ovaries because my mother, aunt and grandmother all died from ovarian cancer. I receive replacement hormones usually every 6 months but waited 10 months and unfortunately had every side effect…Heart palpitations, memory loss, sweating, melancholia, dry skin, dry eyes, asthma, lethargy, dizziness and sensitivity to noise, lights as well as a very sensitive parasympathetic system..

My dad has the onset of alzhimers and thought he could use testosterone replacement.

My doctor treats men too and there was a guy there yesterday who said his Testosterone level was at 100 when he started. He began being treated 10 years ago and he says he feels 18 again. He looked great…His skin, hair, eyes and I believe he was in his 50’s. Women lose estrogen as they age but men also lose testosterone as they age.

This is not my doctor, but the article was easier to read.
By the way…I have been on this therapy for 12 years.

I always feel self-conscious because of my extremely thin hair. I can’t even grow it past my shoulders. I am very careful to to pull them out, and I put jojoba oil in it two times per week. If I don’t wash it every other day, then it would look as it’s sticking to my scalp. Nobody in my family has thin hair except for my grandmother and dad.
If my hair’s always been thin, is it even possible to naturally grow it thicker? It seems like nothing’s working. Not even eating healthier food is helping.

Since I want to grow my hair thicker naturally, I do NOT want to dye it, highlight it, put a bunch of hair products to temporary make it look thicker, or get hair implants.
My hair isn’t long enough to braid…
as for the other answer, I’m not sure if I can find those ingredients even at Whole Foods.
Any more suggestions?

My Grandmother broke her vintage hair dyer and wants a replacement, any idea where I could find one, do they make them new?

My grandmother microwaves all her meals, and her hair is all falling out, she is 92, is there a connection?
