My hair has been falling out for the past month in clumps. i can pull out a ton everyday. I have an eating disorder but am not ready to recover, but this is really starting to embarras me!!
I heard fish oil helps but I don’t know, any advice would be appreciated, thanks!!
i recently posted a question on hair loss. my hair falls out like crazy and it really worries me….i figure its just stress and and poor diet. about two weeks ago i started taking a multi vitamin. does anybody have any clue about how long it might take til my hair gets back to normal?
im 21 and not pregnant or have an eating disorder
