I’m only 18 and i already have power alleys going almost halfway across the top of my head. I’ve been looking into hair restoration. At first i was considering that Rogaine foam, but then i heard it was bull… Then i thought, maybe that Bosley treatment thing would work, but i don’t know if it will also stop me from losing any more hair, or just restore what I’ve already lost (only to have me lose that hair again). I have long hair, so this is kind of annoying.

Anyways, what i want to know is this: Is there a hair restoration treatment that will restore hair that I’ve lost AND keep me from losing any more hair?
Oh yeah, and I’m half Hungarian, and i have heard that Hungarians go bald quickly

Several years ago I used to overpluck my eyebrows, and now because of doing it for so long the hair has grown in sparesly in some areas.

They have been this way for a very long time, so I know the hair will NOT grow back.

I know that Bosley has Eyebrow Restoration, but I’m looking for something less expensive. I’ve been told of many solutions, like Rogaine, castor oil, almond oil, pricey topical solutions, etc…

I would rather not waste time and money on home remedies and "miracle regrowth" products that do not work.

Has anyone in my type of situation been successful in finding something that *actually* works? Only looking from answers from those who have. Thanks!
I started overplucking in ninth grade as well, and I am now 26 and nothing has grown back =\ I don’t want to use pencils to stencil in or powder to fill in. I want the real thing.
I haven’t plucked where they are sparse in years, and as I had mentioned above it’s been a very long time, so I know they aren’t going to grow back.
I just want real hair…not tattoos or penciled lines or powders. =\

It seems most work all over the body but occasionally there is one who concentrates on the face. Is it a safer bet to go with that one? Before I had my hair restoration surgery, I saw a web site for a nationwide collective of plastic surgeons who warned against going to a "mill" for this procedure. I went to Bosley because hair restoration is all that doctor did and I have been happy with the results ever since (one year).

I’m thinking about getting a hair transplant since the hair is significantly thinning on the top of my head but I have been reading SO many nightmares about it that either: 1) the hair plugs were bad that it looked like prickly acne on the scalp and/or 2) the scar on the back of the head is so bad it looks like butcher work

These horror stories show that. I’ve heard that Bosley is REALLY BAD too! All you have to do is search "Bosley nightmares" on a search engine and you have numerous stories!

Is Hair Club any good? What about Bosley? I’m only 20 and my hairline is receding. The hair on top is thinning and this is a huge dissapointment since I like having longer hair, but I can’t because it looks bad with my dying hair. I’m stuck with a buzz cut or a very short regular haircut. This style is overused and I want to be original! Will I even be a candidate for the whole hair restoration process?

I asked earlier that I am going bald at front and thinking of having hair transplant but i want thickness too so whats my option hair transplant or hair restoration..all these famous hair clinic like bosley and other are they hair transplant or hair restoration?which one is costly ?
And most hair clinics provide both hair trnasplant as well as hair restroation or they decide when you make an appointment?

so that means even if you have hair transplant from your back or other part of your body it wont last forever you will be bald after few months or year.?so whts the point of spending thousand of dollars if hair transplant wont work or wont last forever?

My fore-head is SPER huge! I was wondering if some hair restoration program like Bosley would help?

My brother wants to use Bosley he already consulted with them and knows how much it will cost. As a concerned brother, I want to know is Bosley really effective and is it really natural looking?
