Nothing that you listed is bad, if not taken to excess. I just don’t think that makes someone "artificial" just because they’ve had some work done, or they have fake nails…it’s very hard to be 100% natural. If you use a shampoo that’s supposed to make your hair shine, then you’re a tad artificial too right?

To me, it’s whatever makes you happy. Who cares if it’s not the nose you were born with.
