Ok, anyone…do you know a good vitamin for hair loss?

I’ve had trouble with my hair for years now! I take womens one a day and it doesnt help. My hair falls out all the time. When i wash in the shower…its all over the place. All over me when i get out, all over the sink, floor and shower curtains. My fiance gets frustrated with me. I clean it all up every day but its such a time killer. Not to mention my hair is thinning marjorly! I am only 22 and I’ve tried so many avon products and store products. Im just tired of it! can ne one suggest ne thing?? Thank you!

i had this problem in 6th grade.
but i was actually diagnosed with alepecia areata [sp?]
and yeah. it totally sucked.
i had to go to lots of dermatologists and stuff..quite scary at the time…..and they told me to drink lots of green tea and any kind of vitamin that’s good for the immune system..
i did that and tried to relax [stress plays a huge part]
now, i’m in 8th grade, and have a full head of hair!! thank god!

make sure you eat a healthy diet and get plenty of excersize, your hair will love it. i also found a website that sells a natural shampoo specifically designed for hair loss and other scalp related problems. http://www.elantree.com you might want to check it out. you could also try taking MSM. it is a natural plant product that comes in pill form or a powder. it’s help regulate my hair growth. hope this helped some!

u need to see a doctor….do you have a history of hair loss in your family….have you had health problems….do you keep ur hair up a lot?….when i do that it happens to me….u need to stop stress-in..get out….has it just started recently…loosing more? is t ur boyfriend…or the obsession over finding it everywhere? u gotta figure it out…

Hey! here are some tips! i hope that i help you a bit because my mom had the same problem!

* Make a drink by blending bananas, honey, yogurt and low fat milk. This drink is rich in biotin and will help your hair to have strong roots.

* Ensure your diet is rich in Vitamin B6, zinc and saw palmetto. Use supplements if you cannot get enough from natural food sources.

* Bend your head while you are shampooing and massage your scalp. This will increase blood circulation to the scalp.

* Get rid of stress and this is most dangerous for your lovely hair.

* Get sufficient sleep. Like a healthy body, healthy hair too needs a good night’s sleep.
