u should have a beauty supply in your town u need to go there and buy a perm. get the person that works there to help u!!!. what u need to do is there will be a bottle of neutralizer. That"s the second bottle of stuff the person put on your head while the curlers were still in your head. O boy i hope u understand this because it will help see i use to be a hairdreser anyway that bottle of neautralizer (wash your hair first) then towel dry it and take the neutralizer and comb it through your hair this is what set your curls in so now you r removing some of the curl. do this for about a minute. then wash your hair again and i would advise putting a good conditioner on it and leave that in a few minutes and then rinse and u should be fine Good Luck and God Bless

OK this is what u can do, keep it moist, comb it out and come it while u conditioner the hair. do a deep conditioner following up with a shampoo. when ur hair is wet part ur hair in six parts. apply grease or hair lotion. take the hair then start twisting it into a coil going around secure it with a booby pin and do the same for the rest. let it dry and take it out the next day. if its not dry take a blow dryer and dry it all around. take each hair coil out and u will have big curls and just separate them apart
