You can get it done with your Parent’s permission but my advice to you would be to wait until you have finished growing. I would hate for you to have the implants done now and then hit a growth spurt. Just give your body time and see what happens and then if you still feel this way when you turn 18 then look into it. Whatever decision you make if you go to a plastic surgeon make sure you research your doctor well and don’t pick the first one you come across. As far as the scar removal there are some creams out there now that actually work which would be a non surgical alternative for that.
