I have an oil hair product (Silk Works) and I just put about a nickel sized amount on my palm, rub it between my hands, then just work it into my hair starting at the ends. I do it when I get out of the shower and my hair is still damp. It says you can put it in dry hair, too.
That’s usually how the oil ones go.
