How do i get my hair to grow and gain thickness?

I am an african-american girl with thin, short hair. I get my hair trimmed. But my hair still wont grow or gain thickness! What can i do? Is there any products i can use?

1.put rosemary oil in ur hair
2. Drink water(LOTS)
3. Execerise & eat Healthy
4. Stand on your head for 10 mins (5min in the morning& 5 mins at night)
5. go to wal-mart and get this tablets called "Hair, Skin, &Nails"….=]
6. BE PATIENT!!!! =]

try volumizing shampoo. that should give you some more thickness to it.

You need to wash, condition and trim it weekly and get a lace front wig to protect your hair. Better than weave! They are soo natural looking and cost less than $300 with this ebayer. Go to ebay.com enter the auction number 250131048086. Good luck! But don’t put any weave or heat on your hair. It will not get healthier if you don’t let it rest.
