If you want it to be permanent then grow your own hair.Although that doesn’t take 2 weeks to grow it takes more time but it’s permanent.I don’t think you can get hair implants first of all because your hair follicles are active and their still producing hair.So you can’t just do a implant just like that while your hair is still growing.Except if you have bald spots.I’ll suggest get extensions for some time or tree braids then make sure you grow your hair.If you don’t know how to grow your hair i can help you.Just ask:)
