I think that they have both worked well, I can tell where the hair is starting to come back in. The only unfortunate thing is you will lose whatever you grow if you stop any kind of hair treatments, and it can be pricy.

Yes it works and if you can commit to it then it will keep the hair you have and help any that is left to sprout to grow.
However it’s a lifetime commitment and if you stop I know most of your hair will shed and not ever grow back.
I know this after years of research.
