Good ways to prevent men hair loss?

what is a good way to prevent men hair loss? im 18 and i don’t want to end up bold. now i have less hair then when i was 15, well that’s in my forehead, but my dad is going bold, and i don’t want that. so what would you recommend,
like shampoos or something like that

If you start using Rogain it might make your hair grow back TEMPORARILY. When you discontinue using it, more hair will fall out than before so, if I were you, I wouldn’t take that route. Once you start using Rogain, you can’t stop without adverse effects.

The best thing you can do is eat a healthy diet, don’t drink alcohol, smoke, or take drugs, and be at peace with your appearance. Use a good GENTLE shampoo and don’t wash your hair in water that is too warm. It will dry out both your hair and scalp and can cause thinning.

Remember your father is older than you and may be losing some of his hair but it doesn’t mean that you will do the same. One thing that will help you is don’t put any type of stress on your hair like pulling your hair tight with ponytails, braids, or rubber bands. All can cause damage and make the stressed hair fall out.

Lu’s don’t wear hats number one as your head can’t breathe properly. Hair loss is determined by genes. Use a good PH’d shampoo. It will will say if it is when you read the side of the bottle. Use a good conditioner. The less length of the hair the less weight on the hair shaft to cause it to fall out. There are no guarantees with life. Done hair for a living so hope this helps you out. Also use a nickle size amount of shampoo and rub it between your hands before you apply it in the shower. Other wise you daub it in one area. It will cause the shampoo to do a better job. Rinse well before you get done, and use it also on body hair as bar soaps are very harsh on body and pubic hair. The better you treat your hair the longer you will have it. I would say not to use chemicals on your hair.Why don’t you go for some home remedies. Egg whites, lemon juice, oil massages, reducing stress and diet changes can reduce hair fall and make it healthier. Your hair is what you eat. If you eat correctly and drink enough water, 80 percent of your hair problems are solved. Eat a healthy and a balanced diet rich in protein and minerals.
