I came across Mr. *****’s website which was offering professional restoration on december 25,2009. On december 26th, 2009, I took a 30 years old picture of my mother to Mr.****** to do some restoration on damaged and old picture of my mother to use for her birthday presents. I asked Mr. **** to make the restorted picture look like exactly like its original picture with the same background, hair style, face and etc and he promised that he will do so and will call me back withing the next few days. We agreed on the rate of 0 max or /hour.
