I am about to spend a LOT of money on hair extensions. I had money put away for breast implants but decided against it. I do need change though. So I decided on hair extensions!

I shaved my head a few years ago for someone who lost their hair due to breast cancer. My hair is now only a few inches long, grown out from a pixie cut. I’ve kept my hair so short because it’s so AKWARD to grow out!

I went for a consultation today and this is what they told me:
-,600 for a full head of Paris Hiltons Dream Catchers hair extensions
—–>takes about 4 hours
—–>includes the styling and cutting to the style I want

-They last one year
-Every 6-7 weeks I will need an "adjustment" which costs 0 an hour (a total of about 0 for me)
- every couple months to re-dye my roots (I have dark brown hair but dye it black, the extentions are black too)

So this is a real commitment! AND I have to sign a contract saying I will follow the instructions, go nowhere else, and use the proper haircare for the year.

Can anyone help?!
Anyone have experience with Dream Catchers extensions?
Is this worth my money, are there better treatments out there?
How much would one tip on ,600 for the initial session. an hour?

The way I see it, if i stop spending a week on nails, 0 a month on waxing, and not have to pay for a haircut for a whole year?! It’s totally worth it. And I could always drink house vodka instead of Ketel, right?!
