Yes there are side effects.

First it costs a lot of money, so reduced money in your bank account.

Second it has not been proven to work. It is important to remember that products that have not been proven to work but are still being sold have been tested and found to have ‘No Effect’. They can not sell them without testing, so they have tested it, but were not able to give any proof that they make the slightest difference to hair growth. If they had any proof at all they would publish the proof, then shift from the Chemist list of Unproven products onto the list of Proven products, because there is a massive financial benefit from being able to do that. So the second side effect is massive disapointment.

So lets dump the Provillus and get to the nitty gritty.

There are several reasons for hair loss, many of which seem common to all furry animals. Stress, general health and diet. There are also hair growth conditions that promote growth which are also fairly common to furry animals, testosterone levels.

The leader of a pack, troup or other animal group gets several things, better food because he eats first getting the choice of the best bits of the kill. From this he has the quallity of food that helps to keep his body working well, he gets a healthy coat. Because of his position of leader he is the most allert and maintains a stance different from the other pack members, his testosterone is high. He gets not only a good coat, but there are often visible differences to his coat, longer fur, some colour changes etc.

This all tells you a great deal about what is needed for good hair growth, good food which may be supplemented with ‘Male’ combination vitamins, including zinc.

Good level of fitness, but you need to go further than a few minutes of exercising, you need weights and to work hard to get the right sort of juices flowing. I will give a link below to my standard rant on diet and workouts, that is what you need to get the body producing the right chemicals.

As for the stress, there is nothing like hard exercise to beat the hell out of stress. So I am giving you an all round sollution.
