regular use is better use

I hope I can help you. I have studied hairdressing and work in a salon for a few years. Im not sure what is wrong with you hair, but it sounds like it could be very dry or damaged. Any supermarket shampoo is not good for your hair. Its a long story but all shampoo’s have the same ingrediants in them. Supermarket shampoos have less of the good ingrediants and then add chemicals which contain plastics in them. You have to have a certain amount of ingre. in the shampoo to validate is being sold in the salons, thats why they are more expensive. The plastics in the supermarket shampoos when out in the sun or hairdrying your hair or ironing it, it is melting your hair shafts thats what gives it the shine, but at the same time drying and damaging your hair further, and thats why the supermarket shampoos foam so much is because of all the plasticides in the shampoo. Yes it does make your hair shine and feel nice but it is damaging your hair.

You will find that Salon shampoos do not foam as much and your hair will feel really healthy. You need a shampoo with protein in it or moisture, that will definately help you. I know they salon shampoos are more expensive, but believe me it is worth it!! I mean on the patene adds you can see that the ladies hair has been computer generated and screened, which tells you that it is not real!!
