yes. high levels induce hair loss.
Yes if you have a low level you will loose more high levels is good for hair

hair loss is genetic
but testosterone whihc converts to DHT at the skin triggers this genetic pattern
if you cut off yuor b*lls before you went into puberty you would not lose your hair
if you take steroids you hair loss will be quicker
but if you are a normal man with normal testosterone levels and a genetic pattern for hair loss it is going to happen!
