My staightener broke suddenly, and I just found out that I have to wait till next week to buy a replacement. How can I keep my hair straight for the next couple days. WARNING: My hair is frizzy and curly in its natural state. I have a blow dryer, so that helps a little! What do I do so I don’t look like a pom-pom for school.(tips for flat hair)?

So there are replacement hairs that grow right? But how do they grow so fast? or do they?? Do they catch up to the old hair length and how do they do this?? Thank you…
we mean the mechanics of hair growth….like if a hair falls out, and hair is falling out constantly, how does the new hair catch up with it in time…i mean it takes so long for the hair to grow…so how does it catch up with all the hair falling out….because it takes really long

I’ve had several blood works and hormonal tests and everything has come out normal yet for the past several years I’ve been experiencing excessive hair loss without any replacement growth. I’ve been using Rogaine for almost 2 months now and have seen small baby hairs appearing on my scalp – it’s working! If it’s working, what does this mean? What is my body lacking that Rogaine is able to provide??? Is there anything else that could speed up the process and make my thinning hair better?

I’ve seen this advertised "Virtual Reality" does anybody know if you go into a hair replacement studio if they have the hair systems already there???, or do they have to custom order it? I’ve already checked into one in my area and they said they have to order it, But was just wondering if anybody knows weather or not if some Hair replacement studios already have the product onsite.

I’m only 27 and I’m female, and my hair is falling out at an alarming rate. I’m not bald nor do I have any bald spots yet, but it’s thin in front. Are there any natural remedies to help with hair loss. I would rather not take non natural medicines, or have any hair replacement procedures. Please don’t suggest a wig either. I’m sure the loss is due to stress, and I’ve tried to eliminate as much stress as possible, but some things just cant be helped. I also know that it’s normal to lose some hair, but this isn’t. Its everywhere. Even when I vacuum, I’m constantly finding hair, when I wash my hair, large groups of strands come out wrapped around my hands, I get the clothes out of the dryer and my hair is stuck to them. My hair is all over the bed, the cover-everywhere

2. How much is average hair growth (not length, but actual follicles coming new out of scalp)?
3. Between the two, more than average hair loss and average hair regrowth, will I be going bald or noticeably thin hair and how quick?

Also, are circumstances different for hair falling out from root or just breaking off along the shaft? Thanks…I have had beautiful thick hair all my life and I don’t want to lose it due to some stupid thermal straightening perm which I now regret.

Lets say I happen to know someone that were pulling their eyelashes so they damaged their hair follicle (don’t worry its not me! lol) and now it wont grow back. Is there anyway to transplant a hair follicle in the eyelash area or something to make them grow back???

I am Currently 17 Years old and have been thinking about getting Non Surgical Hair Replacement.

I was born with Alopecia Areata and I have been Bald since the 9th grade. And since I am going to Grade 12 I was wondering if this would be sort of a good idea.

If someone good tell me if there is a way the hair will sustain Sports like Soccer Or Basketball because I have 3 Gym classes and I play soccer.

And Also if someone could tell me the price of it or a estimated price.

Hair replacement? Hair plugs?

I used to use a hair product called (from what I remember) ‘Loreal Accenting’. It was awesome. It comes with 2 different colors (sunshine and honey) and you apply it with a think comb type applicator…no cap. I haven’t seen it and can’t find it online but would love to know where I can get it if possible..or if there is a better one with the same colors and application process. This product worked so well for me because if I couldn’t afford to get it professionally done, this would work in the meantime for alot less $$.

I have always had thin hair and I think I inherited it but now I am losing more and it looks very thin at times. Certain shampoos and conditioners seem to help temporarily hide the problem. I read that there are shampoos with DHT blocker but they are expensive. Also there are various pills you can take. I have also heard about surgical solutions and non-surgical hair replacements. Please let me know what has worked for you in this situation.

Is it because I am taking hormone replacements that my hair has changed so drastically.It is limp and thin and I loose lots everyday.What can I do.It seems like my blood tests are ok.Anyone out there who can guide me..I am feeling real sad about this sudden change in my appearance.thanks so much

I’m moving to Rhode Island from Seattle, WA in about 2 weeks and will be getting married out there in 14 months, but I have no clue where to find a replacement hair stylist or salon. Any clues? I’m willing to go to MA.
Actually, I am willing to travel to MA and CT…but I would love to know where I could find one in RI…

I believe they stopped making the Montage hair line. I can’t find it anywhere.

No hair conditioner, can i substitute it with like lotion or something?
