I have seen many people with baldness in the middle part of the head and have seen none having it on the sides.For some people[especially gents] baldness start at the topmost part of the head and for some it starts from the forehead.I am eagerly waiting for a good answer and hope you would give me one.

I’m 23 and getting a bigger forehead by the year. It’s frightening to say the least. I do not want a skullet. With all the medical advances, there has to be some method to prevent or cure baldness. Anybody know some natural remedies to cure it?

I am sure I have heard that wearing a hat all the time does not actually cause baldness and that it was just a myth, but my brother disagrees and thinks that it does.

Does anyone know where I can find factual info on whether or not this is true?

I’ve heard that these days, baldness is optional. I’m 20 years old and am noticing the starting of baldness on my head. I wanna start combating it NOW, so I don’t lose my g/f, and if I do lose my g/f, then I don’t wanna be unsuccessful with women.

Is it possible that lifting weights can cause baldness in men?

We all agreed that the majority of men that we know who lift weight are bald, or balding.

Is this simply a coincidence or is there more to it?

People in my family don’t suffer from male pattern baldness(immediate family)and I would like to keep it that way, I’m considering having children but I want the girl that I have them with to come from a family that doesn’t have a high likelihood of mpb, especially the kind where all the hair disappears from the top of the head and only the hair on the sides remain

My hair has been thinning out over the top of my head and the crown (the sides and lower rear of the head are fine), but my hairline hasn’t receded at all. It’s been going on since September of last year, and I’m not entirely sure of what the cause is.

Is it possible this is male pattern baldness, even though there’s no receding?

Just out of curiosity, I was wondering if ethnicity affects baldness. Are certain ethnicities more or less prone to balding than others? If so, which onese go bald more/less frequently than others?

If you have used certain products and got good result, please post it here for me and everyone else, too. Baldness is no fun and no, I don’t want to be like Mike. I have tried those so called masking products like COURVRe, but they’re nothing but shoe polish on your head. My problem is at the crown. Thank you in advance.

Ok, so for the past few year or so , I seem to have lost a lots of hairs, and my hair have become really weak and rough. I get tiny pimples around the forehead and around the scalp. I don’t know how i got dandruff or when? and now its looks like dandruff is becoming the reason for my baldness around on both sides of my hair. My hair even gets oily just in 2 days, even though i don’t use any chemical spray or mousse. my hair are straight and i don’t even apply any sort of chemical, neither have i dyed them. I did try to use head and shoulders dandruff for sometime but that didn’t work out to well.

I really need help before there’s no hair left on my scalp.

What natural remedies work to reverse and prevent baldness? My doctor says I have the early symptoms of a classic case of female pattern baldness. What do you think I should do?

I’m having the genes of male pattern baldness kick in at age 23. I am very aware of the stigma this brings living in America in 2008. Is there such an emphasis placed on mens hairlines in other countries around the world, say Europe for example? Do they spend as much as we do advertising and consuming "remedies" to deal with mens hair loss?

What I mean by "paying money for the rest of my life" is that there are lots of hair growth treatments that PROBABLY work, but, even if they do work, I would have to pay for them the rest of my life, because they do not last forever. They are temporary. I could pay for surgery, and that would last forever, but it is extremely expensive. One place charges you ,000 for either a surgery or surgeries. I do not know if it takes more than one surgery to cure baldness forever.

A woman i know who i am close to is suffering from female pattern baldness. I thought i heard that scientists had found a cure for baldness in general – does anyone know of a good/proven over-the-counter treatment for this condition.

or obesity?

Why does this happen if we are evolving through natural selection?

From which part of the family comes the gene responsible for the male pattern baldness. From the father on your mother side or your dads side???
