please don’t do it. i totally understand why you would consider it but ….my boyfriend was like you and losing his hair young, 19. he got the implants and wishes he had not. i met him @ 30. 1st the implants do not grow like regular hair on your head they grow straight up for whatever reason, so you can tell they are plugs. also your hairline will keep receding so you will need more and more of these procedures. at some point you will realize that bald is sexy and you will just be a shaved head guy. however if you have the plugs procedure it leaves you with scars as they remove the hair from the back of your head to put it into the front. my boyfriend eventually went with the sexy shaved head look and you can see the scars and people always ask him if he has had open head surgery or other stupid and humiliating questions like that. the hair from the plugs never goes away so the older you get the stranger your hairline will become. please please dont do it. just go with sexy shaved head now. girls really like it.
